Claude Swain brings his lifelong passion for the performing arts to the FPAC board. A professional with Farmers Insurance in Atascadero, Claude has extensive experience in music as both a session musician and bandleader of original ensembles. He believes the arts should be accessible to all and is dedicated to ensuring our community has meaningful opportunities to experience and participate in live performance. Claude lives in San Luis Obispo with his wife Amanda and their beloved dogs.

CLAUDE SWAIN

Lauren Butler is an accomplished entrepreneur, arts advocate, and nonprofit founder. She holds an MFA from the University of Central Florida and a bachelor's degree from Nova Southeastern University. After graduation, she worked as a touring actor and director in children's theatre across the USA and abroad. In 2022, to honor her late mentor, Lauren founded the Mark Lindsay Duncan Legacy Foundation for the Arts to support emerging artists and expand access to arts opportunities for underserved youth. She is also co-founder of Yes Cocktail Co., a nationally recognized craft cocktail mixer company that has been named Best Mixer Brand in the United States by USA Today and Newsweek. Lauren resides in Atascadero with her husband and business partner Brandon, their young son Harrison, and cats Fernet and Campari.

Cindy Vizcaíno Villa is Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration Emerita at Cal Poly, where she served for nine years and also held the role of Interim Vice President for Student Affairs in 2024-25. Prior to Cal Poly, Cindy spent nearly fifteen years at The University of Texas at El Paso, rising from assistant director of budget and payroll to Vice President for Business Affairs. She holds a Master of Education in higher education administration and a bachelor's degree in business administration from UTEP, and is a Certified Public Accountant for the State of Texas. Cindy has served on numerous governing boards in both Texas and San Luis Obispo. She is passionate about supporting PACSLO and ensuring the performing arts remain a vibrant part of the Central Coast community.

Ashley Wilken is a Partner and Senior Wealth Manager at The Rice Partnership, a boutique wealth management firm serving high net worth families and foundations. A Cal Poly graduate with a bachelor's degree and MBA in Agribusiness, Ashley is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA), and NFLPA Registered Player Financial Advisor. She has served on the FPAC board for many years and enjoys bringing her family and friends to performances throughout the season.

ASHLEY WILKEN

Stacy Sullivan has been an ardent advocate for the arts in San Luis Obispo since relocating from Seattle in 2021. She brings a decade of board experience from Pacific Northwest Ballet, where she was instrumental in growing DanceChance, PNB's successful youth outreach program. In Seattle, she also reviewed performing arts for the cultural funding agency 4Culture and fundraised with SAMS, the Seattle Art Museum Supporters group. A Ventura County native and UCLA alum, Stacy is delighted to be back near her family in California and is committed to ensuring access to the power of live performance in our community.

Chase Martin is an attorney with Adamski Moroski Madden Cumberland & Green, focusing on civil litigation related to business and commercial disputes, real property matters, and trust and probate cases. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Deputy District Attorney in San Luis Obispo, prosecuting criminal offenses. A former Peace Corps Volunteer, Chase served in South Africa with his wife Katie. The Martins have three sons who have all participated in the performing arts locally, including performances with the Youth Symphony at the Cohan Center. Chase is passionate about supporting the arts and ensuring the Cohan Center remains a vital resource for performing artists in our community and beyond.

Brittany Couch has been a dedicated member of the Central Coast community for over 20 years. After graduating from Cal Poly, she built a career in interior design before returning to San Luis Obispo to raise her family and pursue her entrepreneurial vision—opening the county's first consignment furniture store and later managing Mission Thrift. Now a Leadership and Life Coach, Brittany finds her greatest fulfillment in helping others grow and thrive. She and her husband Kris also steward a small urban farm rooted in sustainable, regenerative practices. With a deep love for the arts, Brittany is honored to support the continued growth and vitality of the Performing Arts Center.

Laura Kirven has called San Luis Obispo home since 1989. A Cuesta College and Cal Poly alum, she lives in the area with her husband Shawn and takes pride in their two adult children. Laura brings extensive customer service experience to her role at FPAC, where she ensures donors and guests feel welcomed and valued. Known for her organizational skills and cheerful demeanor in the the PAC Founder's Room, Laura is essential to hosting warm, personalized events for our most valued supporters.

Breanna Donlon is a San Luis Obispo native who brings a rich background in the arts as well as a strong commitment to community engagement. She earned her bachelor's degree in Communications with a minor in Dance Studies from Cal Poly Humboldt in 2023. After graduating, Breanna returned home and is currently a company member with the Civic Ballet of San Luis Obispo. Her passion for the performing arts and experience as a performer enrich her fundraising work at FPAC, ensuring vital support for the Performing Arts Center.

BREANNA DONLON

A native of Bellingham, Washington, Ron holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Puget Sound and Michigan State University, and a master's degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He has long been active in community service and is committed to supporting youth and the arts. Ron and his wife Doreen enjoy spending time with their son and his family in Arizona.

Ron Regier has worked in the performing arts field for nearly five decades, building a career that spans theatrical design, teaching, and leadership of major cultural organizations. After beginning as a scenic and lighting designer at Duke University, he transitioned into arts administration, serving as executive director of the Madison Theatre Guild and later directing The Commons, a community cultural center in Columbus, Indiana.

Ron moved to San Luis Obispo in 1987 to lead Cal Poly Arts. In 1995, he was selected to plan and open the Christopher Cohan Center, serving as Managing Director of the PAC until retiring in 2015. In 2025, he returned to arts leadership to serve as Executive Director at FPAC.
